EBOM Strategy & Other Projects Specialist

About the role

Vinfast Global is looking for an EBOM Strategy & Other Projects Specialist to lead the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and Engineering Change Management processes for its vehicle development programs. The role ensures that the BOM data is accurate, compliant with regulations, and aligned with program goals while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the creation, maintenance, and validation of EBOM throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering change requests, assess impact, and ensure timely implementation.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply‑chain teams to resolve dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Maintain PLM Teamcenter data integrity and generate regular BOM and change‑management reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply‑chain or automotive environments.
• Proven experience with engineering change management and BOM processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
