Embedded C++ Engineer – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Join Bosch's international software team in Ho Chi Minh City to develop embedded software for household appliances. You will work on both basic software (BSW) and application layers, collaborating closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop embedded BSW and application software for home appliances.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, and testing.
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement embedded BSW.
• Create and run unit and functional tests.
• Conduct code, design, and solution reviews.
• Share knowledge to raise team competency.
• Provide technical proposals and effort estimations for new projects.
• Engage directly with customers during discussions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical‑Electronics, Telecommunication, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in bare‑metal embedded C++ development.
• Proficiency with UML, especially state‑diagram design.
• Experience with unit testing using Google Test.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Solid understanding of basic embedded system concepts and development workflows.
• Basic hardware knowledge: ability to measure simple components and read schematics.
• Good English communication skills.
