Embedded Software Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer who is fluent in Chinese to join Bosch’s software development centre in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work on complex embedded software components that connect sensors, software and services across Bosch’s automotive and industrial technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop and maintain embedded software based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform software requirement engineering, including analysis, validation and maintenance of customer requirements.
• Integrate software modules, configure builds and create unit, component and integration test cases.
• Apply coding standards and development processes to produce reliable, maintainable code for embedded systems.
• Use debugging and analysis tools to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and Bosch quality frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in embedded software development.
• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required.

Required skills

• Strong programming in C and C++.
• Experience with microcontroller architectures and device driver development.
• Knowledge of real‑time operating systems (RTOS).
• Proficiency with debugging and analysis tools for embedded systems.
