Embedded Software Project Manager (SW PCM)

About the role

Join Bosch's Global Software Technologies team in Ho Chi Minh City to lead the delivery of safety‑critical braking and vehicle motion control software for next‑generation vehicles. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end project execution, from requirement analysis through development, integration, testing, release, and compliance with functional safety and cybersecurity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full software project lifecycle, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Technical Project Manager and development teams, translating customer needs into clear requirements and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Bosch locations in Germany, China, India, and Vietnam.
• Drive functional safety and cybersecurity compliance throughout the development process.
• Apply AI, automation, dashboards, and data‑driven methods to improve project planning, risk tracking, and delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex embedded software projects in the automotive domain.
• Strong understanding of braking systems, vehicle motion control, and in‑vehicle communication protocols.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, multi‑site environment and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
