Engineering Supervisor – Product Engineering & NPI

About the role

Molex Vietnam is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead its Product Engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. The role is based at the Thang Long II Industrial Park in Hung Yen and involves overseeing the transition of electromechanical products from design to manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new product introductions, product transfers, and manufacturing launches for electromechanical solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Coordinate product design, validation, and release activities with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets throughout the product lifecycle.
• Utilize CAD and PLM systems to manage design data and change control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in NPI, product transfers, and manufacturing launches of electromechanical products.
• 3–5 years of people‑leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching engineers.
• Proven experience in product design and manufacturing environments within the electronics sector.
