QA & Process Development Engineer (Fresh Graduates)

About the role

Hoya Memory Disk Technologies Ltd. is recruiting two fresh graduates for QA and process development positions in its facility in Hung Yen. The role covers quality monitoring, customer support, process audits and supporting the transfer of new processes from development to mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and approve products for shipment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints, and follow up on improvement actions to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Prepare reports and take part in customer meetings.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve quality, productivity and cost.
• Support technology transfer from development to mass production, including processes and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills (assessed in the interview).
• Ability to read technical documents and carry out experiments for new technology development.
• Good planning, project follow-up and teamwork skills; careful, detail-oriented and proactive.
