HSE Executive

About the role

Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, is hiring an HSE Executive in Vung Tau, Vietnam. The role covers health, safety and environmental (HSE) programs, compliance reporting and training across the company and its facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE programs.
• Track and evaluate the audit program and recommend continuous improvements.
• Contribute to the review and preparation of HSE policies.
• Monitor, analyze and advise on new HSE regulations applicable to operations.
• Handle internal and external compliance reporting.
• Review and advise on HSE managed programs.
• Deliver training sessions at corporate and facility levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
• Ability to identify unsafe work practices and recognize processes subject to safety and environmental regulations.
• Analytical approach to complex issues and problem solving.
• Ability to train and coach colleagues on HSE issues.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
