English Speaking Tour Operator

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Tour Operator to manage reservations and coordinate services for inbound tours across Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. The role involves ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients from booking to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage reservations for transportation, hotels, flights, cruises, guides and meals, and adjust services according to sales requests.
• Re‑confirm all booked services prior to the travel date.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the tour.
• Compile cost summaries and payment deadlines for the accounting department.
• Negotiate and annually update service contracts with suppliers.

Required profile

• College or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Foreign Language or Business.
• At least one year of experience in an inbound tour‑operator environment (preferred).
• Hard‑working, careful, able to work under pressure and overtime, enthusiastic and passionate about travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
