Financial Controller – Greenfield Manufacturing Factory

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead financial control for a foreign‑invested manufacturing group operating in both Hong Kong and Vietnam. This role ensures accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient intercompany processes across the multinational organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting for the Hong Kong and Vietnam entities, ensuring timely and accurate statements.
• Manage intercompany accounting, including reconciliation, invoicing, and settlement between the two jurisdictions.
• Coordinate transfer‑pricing documentation and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Ensure statutory compliance for foreign direct investment (FDI) companies in Vietnam.
• Support the finance team with month‑end close, budgeting, and audit activities.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant holding CPA, ACCA, CA or an equivalent certification.
• Experience in a multi‑entity or multinational corporate environment, preferably across several jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of transfer pricing and cross‑border intercompany transactions.
• Familiarity with financial compliance requirements for FDI companies in Vietnam.
• Manufacturing or export‑oriented industry experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.
