About the role
The Purchasing Supervisor will lead the Materials Coordinators and purchasing team at our industrial campus in Dong Nai. The role includes overseeing daily procurement activities and ensuring smooth material flow for production.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the activities of Materials Coordinators and the purchasing department.
- Provide instruction, training and performance monitoring for new and promoted staff.
- Analyze procurement data, make decisions from limited options, and resolve operational issues.
- Plan and coordinate purchasing schedules to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Ability to gather, analyze information and make informed decisions.
- Strong planning and coordination capabilities.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
Required skills
- Fluent English communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
