Global Engagement Specialist – Global Partnerships

About the role

VinUniversity is seeking a Global Engagement Specialist to lead its global partnership initiatives. The specialist will support the university’s ambition to become a top‑100 world university by building and sustaining strategic relationships with international education institutions and development organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and manage international partnership agreements that align with VinUniversity’s strategic goals.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor cross‑border projects and collaborative programmes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between VinUniversity and external partners, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Support the development of outreach activities, events and joint research opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Education, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in international education, higher‑education administration, partnership management or global engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and to represent the university externally.
