HR Intern – Document Handling

About the role

Join Bosch Group as an HR Intern focused on document handling. You will support the HR team in managing employee records, assisting with onboarding, and providing on‑site consultancy to staff.

Key responsibilities

• Issue Certificates of Employment and assist in preparing labor contracts and appendices.
• Collect, digitise, and maintain employee documents and personal files.
• Deliver and receive employee documents related to tax, insurance, and labor contracts.
• Track document status and provide consultancy to employees on personal documentation.
• Gather bank account information for payroll and conduct training sessions for new joiners.
• Collaborate with relevant parties for data consolidation in the payroll process.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Human Resources, Economics or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in handling projects or events is a plus.
• Ability to provide a university recommendation letter containing full name, DOB, student code, university name, internship period, issue date, and official signature with stamp.
