HR Intern – Human Resources Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in Thu Duc City. This internship offers hands‑on experience in employee data management, policy drafting, and HR communications within a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, record, and consolidate employee data; perform basic data analysis.
• Prepare and coordinate with HR Services to archive international letters and notifications.
• Assist in organizing sharing sessions, events, and meetings on topics such as global assignments, employee welfare, and total rewards.
• Support the drafting, reviewing, and updating of policies, procedures, announcements, and templates under supervisor guidance.
• Create presentation slides for assigned HR topics.
• Follow up with stakeholders on ongoing HR initiatives.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Full‑time student majoring in Business English, Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Enthusiastic, result‑oriented and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
