HR Manager

About the role

The Vigo is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the development, governance and compliance of its human resources function. You will ensure that HR policies, procedures and frameworks are aligned with business objectives and local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and continuously improve HR policies, regulations and procedures.
• Establish and standardise HR governance frameworks, SOPs and authority matrices across the organisation.
• Communicate, implement and monitor compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
• Analyse policy effectiveness and recommend enhancements to support organisational goals.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Professional HR certifications or a Master’s degree are highly preferred.
• 7–10 years of comprehensive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour legislation and best‑practice HR governance.
