About the role
This full‑time position is based in Tay Ninh province. The successful candidate will lead the Human Resources department, overseeing talent attraction, employee relations and HR planning for a growing international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Talent Attraction: attract and recruit high‑calibre candidates to meet the manpower plan and support the company’s growth agenda.
Required profile
- University degree in HR Management or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum five years of progressive experience managing HR functions in an international or multinational setting in Vietnam.
- Strong knowledge of current labour‑relations practices, trends and major issues.
