Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role
As a founding member of IBK Vietnam, you will design and launch the core human resources framework for the new bank. You will create HR policies, set up compensation and benefits structures, and establish mandatory training programs to ensure a compliant and high‑performing workforce before the grand opening.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local regulations and banking best practices.
- Design compensation frameworks, benefits packages, and performance management systems.
- Coordinate mandatory training programs for all new hires.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to ensure timely delivery of HR deliverables.
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to HR compliance and employee relations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Economics or a related field.
- 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions during set‑up or transformation phases.
- Experience working in local or foreign‑owned banks or international banking environments.
