Associate – Learning & Development

About the role

PwC Vietnam is looking for an Associate to support its Learning & Development Academy. You will help design, coordinate and deliver training programmes that build employee capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end training logistics, including calendar management, venue booking, equipment setup and catering.
• Manage learner communications – invitations, joining instructions, reminders, pre‑work and post‑session follow‑ups.
• Provide on‑site support for instructor‑led and virtual sessions, handling registration, troubleshooting and liaison with facilitators and vendors.
• Administer the Learning Management System: create courses, enroll participants, manage wait‑lists, track completions and resolve basic user queries.
• Maintain accurate training records, ensure data quality and comply with audit requirements.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc training reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support learning evaluation by distributing surveys, collecting feedback and summarising insights.
• Assist L&D projects with vendor coordination, material management and meeting documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
