HR Executive - Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

About the role

Vinova is looking for a proactive, creative and hands-on HR Executive to join its HR team in Hanoi. The role focuses on Internal Communications and Employee Engagement, while also taking ownership of HR Operations for the Hanoi office. It keeps employees connected, strengthens engagement, delivers a great employee experience and ensures HR operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Internal communications: plan and run company-wide communications, develop content for updates, HR initiatives, policies, changes and events, manage channels such as email, MS Teams, SharePoint and newsletters, and run creative campaigns and storytelling content; occasionally support employer branding.
• Employee engagement: plan and coordinate events, celebrations, team-building, recognition programs and campaigns; gather feedback and recommend improvements.
• HR operations: act as the main HR contact for Hanoi employees, handle day-to-day enquiries, manage onboarding, offboarding, records, leave, attendance and benefits, and coordinate with Finance, Admin and IT.
• Recruitment support: help with job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and candidate communication, partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team, and support HR projects across Vietnam and Singapore.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, HR or a similar role.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and run communication campaigns, with strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, and good command of written and spoken English.
• Creative, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Recruitment or talent acquisition experience, especially in technical roles or an IT company.
• Experience managing internal communication channels, organizing company-wide events and campaigns, and using tools such as Canva, ATS or HRIS.
