Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Akselos, a digital technology company focused on engineering modeling and simulation for energy markets, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City. You will lead full-lifecycle recruitment for technical, engineering, R&D and corporate roles, especially for the Vietnam team, while helping build scalable hiring practices across the global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment journey, from sourcing and first contact to offer and onboarding, for technical, engineering, commercial and corporate roles
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, talent mapping and market intelligence, partnering with hiring managers
• Experiment with AI and new tools to make hiring faster and more effective
• Support employer branding and university relations, working with Marketing on AI-enabled content, and develop the Akselos alumni community
• Track metrics such as time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, conversion and offer acceptance, and turn insights into improvements
• Act as a local ambassador for the company's EVP and partner with HR and local leaders on engagement initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally for technical, engineering or software roles
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience, including reaching out to passive candidates
• Experience in a fast-growing, international or matrixed environment
• Professional fluency in English
