Human Resources Intern (Immediate Hire) - Hybrid

About the role

CoverGo, a global no-code insurance platform for health, life and property & casualty insurance, is looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join its HR team. The internship suits students or recent graduates who want practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. It is a hybrid setup and is currently unpaid and voluntary.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Help with HR administration, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and events
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
• Provide general HR support as needed

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or a recent graduate
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Keen attention to detail, proactive and eager to learn
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team
