HR Intern (Hybrid)

About the role

CoverGo, a global no-code insurance platform for health, life and property & casualty insurance, is looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join its HR team. The internship suits students or recent graduates who want practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. It is a hybrid position based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, organize and prepare HR-related documents
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including preparing documents, collecting fingerprints and organizing office tours
• Support employee engagement initiatives and office events
• Assist with recruitment, including candidate sourcing and interview scheduling when needed
• Provide general HR and administrative support such as scanning, filing, pantry arrangements and vendor coordination
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement activities, and take on other duties as assigned

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or a recent graduate
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Keen attention to detail, proactive and eager to learn
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team
