Talent Acquisition Intern - Technology Recruitment

About the role

Vinova, a development company founded in 2010 for mobile, web and enterprise applications, is recruiting three full-time Talent Acquisition Interns (on site) in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. The intern works with the TA team and Hiring Manager on technical hiring for the Vietnam market and cross-border APAC client accounts, with hands-on training on AI sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems and a pathway to a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist position.

Key responsibilities

• Talent mapping and sourcing of technology professionals in Vietnam and APAC using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, tech communities, job portals and referrals, supported by AI tools
• Screening applications against project requirements, running initial phone screens and coordinating technical assessments and interviews
• Maintaining candidate records and pipeline stages in the ATS, following up with active candidates and supporting recruitment reports

Required profile

• Final-year student or fresh graduate able to commit to a Monday-Friday full-time onsite internship
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Information Technology or a related field
• Strong written and spoken English, comfortable with basic candidate assessments and professional emails
• Interest in software engineering stacks, cloud architectures and digital roles

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience with AI productivity tools is an advantage
