IE / Tech Staff

About the role

The Industrial Engineering (IE) / Tech Staff will support garment costing and production efficiency at Kiara Garments Vietnam. You will ensure accurate SMV calculations, feasibility checks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Check product feasibility and validate technical specifications.
• Prepare accurate operation bulletins for costing and bulk production.
• Coordinate SMV and method‑study activities with front‑end and production teams.
• Drive Kaizen practices and identify SMV savings opportunities.
• Assist in creating and updating standard work documents.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile/Garment Production Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the garment industry.
• GSD license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with solid analytical capabilities.
