Industrial Engineer – Costing & Production (Vietnam)

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to support order costing and mass‑production operations for our garment factories in Vietnam. The role will evaluate style feasibility, develop detailed operation breakdowns and calculate accurate SMV/SAM values to drive efficient bulk execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assess production feasibility of new styles and create operation time studies.
• Perform GSD motion studies and calculate SMV and SAM for costing.
• Balance bulk production lines and support pre‑production costing and PP sample confirmation.
• Collaborate with front‑end design teams and local factories to align work methods.
• Identify and implement Kaizen improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Industrial Engineering experience in garment manufacturing.
• Proven experience in SMV calculation, GSD motion study and cross‑functional factory coordination.
• Familiarity with end‑to‑end apparel order workflow, especially in Vietnam.
