IT Admin Intern – Support Service Desk & IT Operations

About the role

We are looking for an IT Admin Intern to support our Service Desk and IT infrastructure at Bosch HcP. The role offers hands‑on experience in IT service management, inventory, procurement and event support.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first‑line contact for Service Request Fulfillment and Incident Management for IT accessories, printing services, barcode scanners, communication TV, etc.
• Assist with IT inventory management, including 5S/Safety tracking, data quality, and stock control.
• Support IT procurement processes from request consolidation to purchase order follow‑up and cost monitoring, providing reports for management decisions.
• Prepare documentation such as user guides, work instructions, manuals and data for operational reports.
• Help organise ICO events, team‑building activities, roadshows, exhibitions and training sessions.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Information Systems, IT Infrastructure Engineering, IT Helpdesk, IT Support Service or related fields.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Well‑organized, responsible and disciplined.
• No prior technical experience required; training will be provided.
