IT Admin Intern – Service Desk & Inventory Support

About the role

Bosch Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province is looking for an IT Admin Intern. The internship covers support for the IT service desk, inventory and procurement, documentation and internal community events. No technical skills are required, as training is provided for all assigned tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Service Desk for IT infrastructure front-end (accessories, small equipment, printing, barcode scanners, communication TV): act as the first point of contact for service requests and incident management.
• Support IT inventory management, including 5S and safety tracking, and ensure inventory data quality and stock management.
• Support IT procurement and cost monitoring: follow PRs and POs from request through to MIGO, and track IT costs with reports that help management decisions.
• Support documentation such as user guides, work instructions, manuals and knowledge articles, and prepare raw data for ICO operational reports.
• Support ICO events such as birthdays, team-building activities and IT roadshows, exhibitions and training.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Information Systems (IT infrastructure engineering, IT helpdesk, IT support service, systems or networking) or a related field.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Well-organized, with integrity, responsibility and discipline.

Required skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
• No technical skills required; training is provided.
