AUTOSAR Base SW Developer (ADAS ECU Software)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV), Bosch's first software development centre in Southeast Asia, is hiring an AUTOSAR Base SW Developer in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work with Bosch's global ADAS teams to develop and integrate AUTOSAR Classic BSW and diagnostics software for next-generation driver assistance ECUs (radar, camera, sensor fusion, domain controllers).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded AUTOSAR Classic software (BSW and low-level) for ADAS ECUs in C/C++.
• Configure, integrate and debug AUTOSAR BSW modules, focusing on diagnostics, CAN communication, failure management and PDM.
• Collaborate with global system, hardware and application teams to integrate BSW with ADAS applications.
• Take part in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and design through unit and integration testing, debugging and maintenance.
• Optimize performance and memory usage for resource-constrained embedded systems.
• Write unit and integration tests, support SIL/HIL and vehicle testing, and ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE.
• Maintain software architecture, design and interface documentation, and use tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, debuggers, emulators and simulators.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-10 years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in the automotive domain.
• Good written and spoken English and comfort working in global teams.
• Experience with AUTOSAR Classic BSW and ASPICE; knowledge of microcontrollers, low-level drivers and embedded RTOS is a plus.
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics, ISO 14229, ISO 15765, ISO 14230, ISO 26262, and CANoe/CANalyzer is a plus; prior ADAS ECU experience is a strong plus.
