Scrum Master (English-speaking)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV), Bosch's first software development centre in Southeast Asia, is looking for an English-speaking Scrum Master in Ho Chi Minh City. The role guides teams on Agile/Scrum practices, supports them in removing impediments and keeps projects aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coach the team and Product Owner on Agile/Scrum practices and self-organisation, and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Foster a positive team environment, help remove blockers, support conflict resolution and promote collaboration and accountability
• Ensure adherence to Bosch's internal standards and compliance requirements, and track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts
• Support project management tasks such as budget tracking, risk reporting and documentation
• Work with Product Owners to define and prioritise the backlog, and communicate between the team and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management or Information Technologies
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent
• Proficiency in English and ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
