Key Account Executive (Manager) – Fertility BU

About the role

The Key Account Executive (Manager) will lead the growth of Merck's Fertility portfolio in Vietnam by establishing and nurturing long‑term partnerships with IVF centres, hospitals and private clinics. This role combines strategic account planning with hands‑on execution to increase market share and drive sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement account‑based strategies (KAM 2.0) that translate brand objectives into detailed account plans.
• Build deep relationships with priority IVF stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their clinical and business needs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional actions with Marketing, Medical and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Monitor KPIs, track execution progress and adjust tactics to meet sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities within the specialty care and hospital channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctorate degree.
• 3–5 years of proven field commercial experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably in specialty care or hospital settings.
• Strong understanding of account management processes, including segmentation, stakeholder mapping, planning and execution tracking.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with IVF specialists and clinic decision‑makers.
