About the role

Panasonic Appliances Vietnam is seeking a motivated R&D Engineer to join the Washing Machine Performance Design team. The role focuses on designing features, developing processes, and conducting chemical testing to improve product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise washing machine features and related processes.
• Plan, execute and analyse laboratory experiments and chemical tests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into functional prototypes.
• Document test results, generate reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or another technical discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong laboratory and language skills are also welcome.
• Solid foundation in mathematics, physics and chemistry.

Required skills

• Chemical engineering knowledge.
• Laboratory instrumentation and testing expertise.
• Product development and R&D methodology.
• Proficient computer skills for data analysis and reporting.
