Lead Front-end Developer

About the role

Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization to lead the front‑end strategy for enterprise workflow platforms used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. As a Lead Front‑end Developer you will combine technical leadership, architecture expertise, and a UX‑engineering mindset to deliver scalable, high‑performance, and intuitive applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define the front‑end architecture (React + TypeScript) including state‑management patterns, caching and streaming strategies for real‑time data.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex workflow automation platforms such as real‑time dashboards, workflow builders, and data‑intensive enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with backend teams to establish API contract discipline and ensure seamless integration.
• Own and evolve the Bosch Digital Design System and component library, guaranteeing pixel‑perfect consistency across all regions.
• Mentor and guide the front‑end team, promoting best practices and engineering excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading front‑end development for large‑scale enterprise applications.
• Strong architectural mindset with the ability to make technology decisions that balance scalability, maintainability and performance.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross‑functional, global teams.
