Lead Front‑end Developer

About the role

Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization to shape next‑generation workflow platforms used by over 500,000 users worldwide. As a Lead Front‑end Developer you will drive front‑end strategy, architecture, and UX engineering for complex, data‑intensive enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the front‑end architecture (React + TypeScript) including state‑management, caching, and real‑time streaming strategies.
• Own and scale the Bosch Digital Design System and component library, ensuring pixel‑perfect consistency across regions.
• Design and implement intuitive interfaces for drag‑and‑drop workflow builders, real‑time dashboards, and wizard‑style flows.
• Govern design‑system adoption through Storybook, documentation, CI gates (lint, accessibility, visual regression).
• Collaborate with backend teams to enforce API contracts and performance standards.

Required profile

• Proven technical leadership in front‑end development for large‑scale enterprise products.
• Strong architectural mindset with experience designing reusable component libraries.
• UX‑focused engineering approach, capable of translating complex logic into user‑friendly interfaces.
