Lean Coach

About the role

We are looking for a Lean Coach to lead value‑stream transformation at our Saigon Hi‑Tech Park facility. The role will provide Lean expertise, guide cross‑functional teams, and embed sustainable improvement practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document, implement and validate focused value‑stream transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and share best practices to build synergies.
• Coach teams and individuals to strengthen Lean capabilities and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Analyze financial project cost‑savings opportunities and track results.
• Prepare routine reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication and change‑management abilities.
• Track record of delivering measurable cost‑savings and process improvements.
• Ability to write clear reports and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
