License Compliance Executive

About the role

VIETNAM MANUAL CONSULTANCY is seeking a License Compliance Executive to support foreign investors and international businesses operating in Vietnam. The role focuses on ensuring that clients meet all licensing and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of documentation and detail.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with business establishment, licensing, and ongoing compliance matters.
• Review and manage documentation related to licensing and regulatory filings.
• Monitor Vietnamese business, investment and licensing regulations to ensure client activities remain compliant.
• Prepare and submit licensing applications and related reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate compliance advice.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 1–2 years of experience in legal consulting, licensing, or compliance.
• Strong command of English (TOEIC ≥ 700 or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of Vietnamese business, investment and licensing regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and document‑management abilities.
• Good communication skills.
