Logistics Specialist

About the role

HARTING Technology Group, a global leader in industrial connectivity, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support its Vietnam manufacturing and R&D sites. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end logistics processes, ensuring smooth import‑export flows and timely shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics operations for raw material and finished‑goods movement.
• Handle customs clearance procedures and prepare import‑export documentation.
• Develop and maintain shipment schedules to meet production timelines.
• Manage freight forwarding activities and liaise with carriers.
• Monitor compliance with Incoterms and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or customs clearance.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
