Management Associate – Cost & Contracts (Under 3 Years Experience)

About the role

CapitaLand Development Vietnam is looking for a Management Associate to join its 18‑month Management Associate Program (MAP). The role is permanent and offers a fast‑track path to leadership in cost, contracts and quantity surveying within a leading real‑estate developer.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across cost management, contract administration and quantity surveying functions.
• Support the preparation and analysis of cost estimates, budgets and financial forecasts.
• Assist in the drafting, review and administration of construction contracts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and senior leaders to ensure cost‑effective project delivery.
• Participate in structured learning sessions and mentorship activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular or professional achievements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
