About the role
The Medical Representative builds and executes business plans for the assigned territory, delivering the right message to the right customer and ensuring Servier products reach patients.
Key responsibilities
- Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
- Build a network of existing and new customers, categorising them by therapeutic area and promoting Servier products.
- Act as product expert and key contact, responding to enquiries and ensuring product availability for patients.
- Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on campaigns and competitor activity.
- Maintain high‑quality reports and keep the customer database up‑to‑date.
- Collaborate with co‑promotion colleagues and other internal teams to maximise territory performance.
Required profile
- BS/BA in Pharmacy or a Doctorate background.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role at a multinational company.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, business‑driven and passionate.
- Commitment to teamwork, integrity and compliance.
