Medical Representative – Cà Mau & Bạc Liêu (Base Cà Mau)

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Servier’s pharmaceutical products across the Cà Mau and Bạc Liêu territories, building and executing business plans to increase product availability and market share. Reporting to the Team Leader or Area Manager, the role combines customer relationship management with feedback loops to marketing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
• Build a network of existing and new customers, categorising them by therapeutic area and promoting Servier products.
• Act as product expert and key contact, ensuring product availability for patients.
• Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on campaigns and competitor activity.
• Maintain high‑quality reports and accurate data in the customer database.
• Communicate effectively with co‑promotion colleagues and other team members to maximise territory performance.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Pharmacy or a Doctor background.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role at a multinational company.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic, business‑driven attitude with a passion for sales.
• Commitment to teamwork, integrity and compliance.
