Medical Representative - Cardiovascular & Metabolism, Ha Noi

About the role

Novartis is hiring a Medical Representative for its Cardiovascular & Metabolism therapeutic area in Ha Noi, working in a hybrid setting. The role reports directly to the Area Manager and focuses on driving territory performance, engaging healthcare professionals and delivering scientific product communication. Relocation support is not offered.

Key responsibilities

• Execute call plans for customers, including medical experts from customer or academic communities, reaching the right person with the right message at the right frequency.
• Understand customer organisations, networks and the influences affecting their decisions, such as peer relationships.
• Use tools such as iPads and brochures to present products to healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
• Apply product strategies to build and run a territory plan, working with Key Accounts (hospitals, clinics) and colleagues across functions to exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and share market insights with internal teams to support new business strategies.
• Ensure products and supporting services are widely understood and available to more patients, and use reporting tools such as Agora and the QTQ report.
• Work within ethical and compliance policies and act as a communication bridge between the field and Marketing and FLM / FFM.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive learning and a strong aptitude for collaboration.
