Medical Representative – ETC Da Nang (Private Hospital)

About the role

The Medical Representative will develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory in Da Nang, focusing on private hospitals. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ensuring Servier products are available to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
• Build a network of customers by visiting existing and new customers, categorising them by therapeutic area and promoting products.
• Act as a product expert and key contact for customers, responding to enquiries and ensuring product availability.
• Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on campaigns and share competitor activity information.
• Maintain high‑quality reports and accurate data in the key customer database.
• Communicate effectively with co‑promotion colleagues and other team members to maximise territory performance.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Pharmacy or a Doctorate background.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar pharmaceutical sales role at a multinational company.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Dynamic, business‑driven attitude with a passion for healthcare.
• Commitment to teamwork, integrity and compliance.
