About the role
The MRO Buyer II will develop supply base and supply chain strategies for strategic materials, supporting customer business needs with both standard and customized solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop supply base and supply chain strategies unique to customers or business units.
- Support customers using standard processes where possible and customized solutions where necessary.
- Collaborate with Purchasing Manager and SCM to determine the best approach to meet customer needs.
- Influence customer supply chain decisions.
Required profile
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
- Effective presentation skills for managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Problem‑definition, data collection, fact‑establishment and analytical drawing skills.
