About the role

Panasonic Appliances Vietnam is looking for a Production Planning Staff on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. The role supports the manufacturing site in Ha Nội by creating and adjusting production schedules for pressing, printing and component assembly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly production plans for pressing, printing and component lines.
• Monitor real‑time production progress and revise schedules as needed.
• Coordinate manpower and shift allocations across departments.
• Track press, laser, and material handling equipment performance, quality and output.
• Plan material and mold requirements based on forecasted demand.
• Control inventory levels and adjust plans to avoid shortages.
• Identify and propose automation or process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in production planning, assembly, casting or shipping.
• Strong organizational, planning and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and responsibility for data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate with warehouse, logistics, sales and production teams.
