Job description

职位概况

负责在越南及东南亚地区的代工厂进行内衣产品的质量控制与改进，确保生产过程符合公司质量标准。

主要职责

制定并执行面料/缝制质量的预防措施。
全程监控量产商品的质量，确保符合要求。
指导工厂检验方法并进行现场检查。
跟进生产环境的改善需求及进度。
质量异常时进行原因分析、对策制定及落实。
定期向东京总部生产部汇报工作并出差。

任职要求

3年以上服装（内衣或袜子）质量管理实务经验。
日语商务水平，具备基本的英语沟通能力者优先。
熟悉PC办公软件（Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、Internet）。
能够主动提出改进建议并推动落实。
年龄在20岁后半至40岁前半之间。

我们提供

月薪1500-2500美元（可面议）。
燃油补贴、餐饮补贴。
绩效奖金、年度调薪机会。
入职后14个月起公司承担的商业保险。
60天试用期，试用期薪资为正式薪资的85%。
每年12天带薪年假。
