PPO Staff [KCN Nội Bài]

About the role

The PPO Staff will act as a bridge between design teams in Japan and Thailand and the local production floor, ensuring smooth product development and procurement processes for new manufacturing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with design departments in Japan and Thailand to confirm drawing plans and resolve drawing‑related issues.
• Develop, schedule and manage new product development plans.
• Negotiate with suppliers and make decisions on the supply chain for materials, components and related items.
• Plan and execute purchasing activities for trial production stages of new products, including sourcing of materials and components.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing of components, materials or molds for manufacturing.
• Experience in an industrial production environment, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, automotive or mold‑making.
• English proficiency (TOEIC ≥ 400); knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard office software.
