Production Control Staff

About the role

The Production Control Staff will oversee the planning and execution of the assigned product line at SMC Manufacturing Vietnam. This role ensures smooth production flow, timely delivery of materials, and alignment with company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assigned product line, monitoring daily production performance.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to define production quantities and requirements.
• Oversee material and delivery management, handling finished products, raw materials, and components.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of goods to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production or operations management.
• Proficient communication skills in English or Japanese.
• Detail‑oriented, punctual, and reliable with strong teamwork attitude.
