Production Engineering Intern – MSE2

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineering Intern to support our manufacturing team at Bosch’s HcP plant in Dong Nai. The internship offers hands‑on experience in data collection, reporting and continuous improvement projects on the production floor.

Key responsibilities

• Collect daily production data and assist engineers in data entry.
• Prepare reports based on engineers’ requests.
• Support document control activities.
• Participate in SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) improvement projects.
• Assist engineers with basic administrative tasks.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned based on performance.

Required profile

• Third‑year or final‑year student in Industrial Management, Industrial Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Management.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Proactive, disciplined, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Familiarity with Value Stream Management concepts.
