Production Planner – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Production Planner will develop and maintain optimal factory plans to meet market demand over short‑term (13‑week) and long‑term (up to 24‑month) horizons. Working closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams, you will balance capacity, inventory, service levels and cost constraints to ensure efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update short‑term (13‑week) and long‑term (24‑month) production schedules aligned with market demand.
• Analyze factory capacity, constraints and trade‑offs between service, inventory and cost.
• Collaborate with demand planning, procurement and operations to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor plan performance, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field.
• Result‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to structure issues, conduct accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to challenge the status‑quo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
