Production Staff (New Factory)

About the role

We are looking for motivated Production Staff to join our new factory in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on ensuring production runs smoothly, meets the planned schedule, and adheres to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily production status and ensure alignment with the production plan.
• Verify that in‑progress operations follow established quality system procedures.
• Implement actions required to achieve planned quality objectives.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production targets to the team.
• Identify efficiency issues, propose improvements, and calculate takt time and standard time for operators.
• Perform line balancing and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University, college or vocational school education in Electrical‑Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Management.
• Knowledge of small motor/fan manufacturing, assembly processes, inspection equipment, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in English communication and writing.
• Residence near the factory location.
