Embedded Software Architect – Joining Bonus

About the role

The Embedded Software Architect will join Bosch Global Software Technologies’ EDA department in Ho Chi Minh City, working on advanced driver‑assistance systems (ADAS) such as radar, video and ultrasonic sensors. The role focuses on defining software architecture for mainstream products and supporting customer projects across global OEMs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain project‑level software architecture artifacts, ensuring compliance with ASPICE and automotive standards.
• Collaborate with customer project teams to deliver optimal architectural solutions and guide change‑control decisions.
• Mentor architects and development teams on best practices, risk evaluation, and design decisions.
• Drive technical complexity management, process improvements and adoption of emerging architectural trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience developing automotive software architectures.
• Strong knowledge of C and C++ programming languages.
• Hands‑on experience with AUTOSAR, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 processes.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
