Production Technology Manager – Technical Team Leader

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Production Technology Manager to lead the technical development of its core metallurgical processes. This senior position combines hands‑on process engineering with team leadership to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, optimisation and continuous improvement of core production processes, including molybdenum concentrate leaching, roasting, Ferro‑Molybdenum production by thermite reaction, Wet Sulphuric Acid (WSA) production, and Rhenium/APR extraction.
• Manage bottleneck‑identification projects and implement solutions across leaching, roasting, WSA and Rhenium recovery streams.
• Plan and execute process‑scale upgrades, pilot trials and technology transfers.
• Oversee technical troubleshooting, mass‑balance calculations and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials, Metallurgy, Hydrometallurgy, Pyrometallurgy or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including manager‑level responsibility for process design, optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Deep technical knowledge of molybdenum‑related processes and associated extraction technologies.
